1: Order & Custom Proofing
Firstly, to make your custom medals, it all starts with uploading your artwork and ordering on our website. It’s as simple as that! Before payment, our design team will design a proof. This illustrates what your medal will look like prior to manufacturing. Then, our admin team will email this proof over to you for your approval.
Our admin team are always happy to help with any queries on email or by phone. They are available on weekdays between 9am and 4pm. Through either of these methods, you can approve the artwork or request any alterations you wish to make. Next, our admin team will provide you with an invoice and all you have to do is pay and await your order delivery!
After proofing approval, our design team will then create a digital rendition of your medal’s design. This ensures that it is ready for printing using our specialist UV and vinyl printers.
2: Printing & Manufacturing
Furthermore, after receiving your approval, our designers UV or vinyl print your design onto metal plates. Then, our manufacturing team begin assembly of your medal, hand-made to order! Ribbons are also attached upon request too.

3: Shipment
Then, your custom order is ready for shipment by our admin team straight to your door. They are also available for collection from our main office upon request.
Our Custom Medal Options
Notwithstanding, we offer a variety of different medal designs that you can select from to suit your event or competition. Don’t forget that we also offer engraving too on the back of our medals. Moreover, we also have a selection of ribbons that you can choose from. We offer ribbon assembly onto your custom medal order too. The sizes of our medals range from 50mm – 100mm in varying thicknesses. All our products are hand-made to order which ensures that your medals or products are of the upmost quality. Happy browsing!
